Leave Kenmare in the direction of Waterville. After 27km you will come to the village of Sneem. Continue for another 14km (passing through the village of Castlecove). 2.5 km after Castlecove you will pass Carrol’s Cove beach. Continue for another 300 metres. The access road to the property will be on your right hand side (before Derrynane Hotel). The house is at the end of this access road, (about 100 metres).
