John Daly
Title: Managing Director
John Daly has been with the firm since 1997. John deals with all aspects of the property side of the business.
Property Qualifications
John He is a Registered Valuer with the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI). He attended Bolton Street College of Technology in Dublin and achieved a degree in Valuation Surveying Bsc (Val) and a diploma in Property Economics in 1993.

John is also a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) (APA Personal General & Commercial Insurance) and he can assist you on all sections of financial services. PSP Licence 002809-003702
Elaine Daly
Title: Director

Elaine has vast experience in selling property throughout Kerry & West Cork. Her knowledge which she has gained over the past 18 years has made her one of the leading property experts in the area. Her wealth of experience ensures her clients receive a bespoke service when selling or buying their home.
Experience
Elaine joined the Sherry FitzGerald Daly team in March 2005. In 2023 Elaine was appointed as a Director of Sherry FitzGerald Daly and now oversee the management of the property side of the business.

Sean Daly
Sean set up the office in 1977 and has been at the helm ever since. He is familiar with all aspects of the business from Property, Insurance and Investments. Over the last 45 years Sean has built up a wealth of information and has an in-depth knowledge of property in the Kenmare area. Prior to 1977 he was assistant manager with AIB bank. He had been with the bank from 1966 and was based in numerous towns Ennis, Dublin, Kenmare, Cork, Abbeyfeale, over that time.
Mark Daly
In 2007 Mark was first elected as a Senator to the Seanad Eireannn and is currently the Chair of Seanad Eireann. He dedicates all of his time towards his work in the Seanad. He is available to the office on a consultancy basis. Mark Daly has been with the firm since 1996.
Qualifications
Mark studied Auctioneering Valuations and Estate Agency for 3 years, achieving a Diploma from The Dublin Institute of Technology (Bolton St). Mark also studied in Greenwich University, England, and received a B Sc. (First Class Honors) in Management. He is also a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI).

Suzanne Teahan
Key Skills:
With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Suzanne has been part of the Sherry FitzGerald Daly team since 2002. Suzanne has an excellent knowledge of all sectors of the property industry; including residential sales & lettings and commercial sales & lettings
Suzanne is well placed to advise on all property related matters throughout the South Kerry/ West Cork region.
Experience
Suzanne Teahan joined the firm in January 2002. Suzanne studied International Marketing and Trade in Limerick RTC. Having spent 4 years in Germany working in international sales/exporting, traveling between Asia and Europe, she speaks fluent German. In May 2008, she qualified in Auctioneering and Estate Agency in Cork CIT.

Grainne O'Driscoll
Gráinne joined Sean Daly & Co. in 2005 .
She deals with all aspects of Personal Lines Insurance & Commercial Line Insurance. She also deals with Office Account queries.
Qualifications:
Gráinne is a Certified Insurance Practitioner and is a member of the Institute of Insurance Ireland.
Fionnuala O'Shea
Fionnuala joined the firm in March 2017 with many year’s customer service and administration experience coming from a background in hospitality. Fionnuala joined Sean Daly & Co. Insurance Team in 2019.
Qualifications:
In 2020 she qualified as an Accredited Insurance Practitioner (APA). In March 2022 she progressed and qualified as Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) Level 7NFQ.
Fionnuala is committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers and can assist you with both Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance
